If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Because each item is custom printed, we’re only able to offer replacements for:

• damaged items
• incorrect items
• printing issues
• defective products

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number for quick assistance.

We’re unable to accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, color variance due to screens, or undeliverable parcels caused by incorrect addresses.

• Tear-away or comfort tag (varies by batch) to minimise irritation at the neck.

• Soft, lightweight knit with a smooth surface and a gentle stretch.
• Solid colours: 100% combed and ring-spun cotton.
• Heathers and blends: cotton / polyester mix for softness and durability (varies by colour).
• Fabric weight around 4.2 oz/yd² (142 g/m²) for all-season wear.

• Modern unisex silhouette with clean shoulders and a straight body.
• True-to-size through the chest with a relaxed, easy drape.
• Side-seamed construction for a more tailored, premium feel.
• Ribbed crew neck that holds its shape without feeling tight.

• Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours.
• Use mild detergent; avoid bleach and harsh stain removers on the print.
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry to help preserve shape and artwork.
• Do not iron directly on the printed area; if needed, iron inside out on low.
