When will my order ship?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel or update it. Once production has started, changes and cancellations are usually no longer possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured and encrypted at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. Your item is then sent to production, which typically takes 2–7 business days. Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive a tracking number by email with a direct link to track your delivery.
Will all items arrive together?
Not always. Items may be produced and shipped separately depending on the products ordered and fulfillment location.
Are your T-shirts and sweatshirts unisex?
Yes. Our current Bella+Canvas 3001 tees and Gildan 18000 sweatshirts are unisex styles. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.
How are your products made?
Our products are produced individually after purchase using professional print-on-demand methods. Each item is made specifically for you once your order is placed.
Will the printed design fade over time?
Like all printed garments, normal wear and washing will naturally affect the print over time. Following the care instructions on the label can help extend the life of your garment.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or ordering mistakes. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

How will I receive my reading? Why a written report?
Your Soul Blueprint is delivered as a beautifully formatted PDF sent directly to your inbox. I choose written reports for two important reasons:

Do we need to meet for a live call or video chat?
No. There are no live calls or video meetings required. You simply provide your birth details, and I handle the rest — allowing you to receive your reading in complete privacy.
What details do I need to provide?
To map your unique blueprint, you will be asked to provide:
- Your exact date of birth (Year, Month, Day)
- Your exact time of birth (important for deeper BaZi analysis)
- Your full name at birth (for Numerology calculations)
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
While an exact birth time provides the most precise BaZi analysis, we can still conduct a meaningful reading without it. Your birth date still provides the foundation for your Numerology chart, Tarot analysis, and a significant portion of your BaZi elemental profile.
How is this different from a standard Tarot reading?
A standard Tarot reading primarily focuses on your current situation and immediate future. A Soul Blueprint Reading goes much deeper — exploring your natural strengths, recurring life patterns, personal challenges, timing cycles, and long-term life themes.
