Refund & Return Policy

At WooWoo Land, each piece is created specially for you once an order is placed.

Because every item is made to order, WooWoo Land does not accept standard returns or exchanges.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that the product is produced on demand and that this policy applies to your order.

We encourage you to review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and include:

  • your order number

  • a clear photo showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange either:

  • a complimentary replacement, or

  • a refund for the affected item

In most cases, the item does not need to be returned.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Because WooWoo Land products are produced on demand, returns or refunds cannot be offered for:

  • incorrect size selected during purchase

  • incorrect color selected during purchase

  • change of mind after an order is placed

  • minor print placement variations within normal production tolerance

Direct-to-garment printing may have a placement tolerance of up to 0.5 inches, which is considered standard and not regarded as a manufacturing defect.


Size Guidance

To help ensure the best fit, please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

As each WooWoo Land item is produced specifically for you, size-related returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

Measurements shown in the size chart are based on manufacturer specifications and may have small natural variations due to the production process.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

If an order contains multiple items and only some items are affected, refunds apply only to the affected item(s).

The original shipping fee cannot be refunded once the delivery service has been completed.

If a replacement is requested, the new item will be produced and shipped at no additional cost to you.


Delivery Issues

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to:

  • an incorrect address provided during checkout, or

  • failed delivery attempts

we may offer either:

  • a reprint with an additional shipping charge, or

  • a partial refund excluding shipping fees

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.


Lost or Missing Packages

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

If tracking information shows that a package was successfully delivered, WooWoo Land cannot guarantee replacement or refund unless the carrier confirms the shipment was lost.

A Note on Made-to-Order Production

WooWoo Land pieces are produced on demand, once an order is placed.

This approach allows us to create responsibly while reducing unnecessary waste and overproduction.

For this reason, general returns and exchanges are not supported.
