At WooWoo Land, each piece is created specially for you - produced on demand and delivered with care.

Because our products are made to order, your order goes through a short production process before it is shipped.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that items are produced on demand and require processing time before shipment.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Production time may vary depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Please note that faster shipping options apply only to delivery speed and do not reduce production time.

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.


Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping carrier.

Typical delivery estimates:

United States
3–7 business days after shipment

International Orders
7–20 business days after shipment

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and items ordered.

Shipping fees cover logistics and carrier services and are non-refundable once the shipment has been processed, except in cases of verified production defects or fulfillment errors.


Multiple Shipments

Some WooWoo Land items may be produced by different production partners or facilities depending on the product type.

Because of this, items within the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, each shipment will have its own tracking number.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, we may offer either:

  • a reprint with an additional shipping charge, or

  • a partial refund excluding shipping fees.

WooWoo Land cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, WooWoo Land is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other external factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
