Each item is made to order to ensure consistent quality and reduce overproduction.

• Production time: 2–5 business days
• U.S. delivery: 5–12 business days after shipment
• Tracking will be provided once your order ships
• Multiple-item orders may arrive in separate packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Because each item is custom printed, we’re only able to offer replacements for:

• damaged items
• incorrect items
• printing issues
• defective products

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number for quick assistance.

We’re unable to accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, color variance due to screens, or undeliverable parcels caused by incorrect addresses.

• Runs true to size; size up for a more oversized look.

• Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours.
• Use mild detergent; avoid bleach and harsh stain removers on the print.
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry to help preserve shape and artwork.
• Do not iron directly on the printed area; if needed, iron inside out on low.
